After inquiry and help from Dr. Kesselman, we finally got paid for the 2 claims ( L4361 and E0114 on both patients) . It appeared to have been a glitch in the cross over from the clearing house and DME MAC. Kudos to Dr. K for his intervention, and keep on truckin until the next bump.
