I have heard there are more RPM codes coming for 2026. Can you please provide some more information on this?

According to a recent Federal Register Publication, 2026 will have several more RPM codes, specifically geared to those patients who cannot meet the 16-30 day requirement. That is if they have a miniumum of two days and maximum of 16 they will be eligible. The CPT and RVU are stil being worked out for the equipment education, dispensing and use as well as monitoring.
Note that one will not be able to bill for the 2-16 and 16-30 days in the same month.
Also nothing has changed regaring allowing only one provider being able to bill for RPM in a given calendar month as well as only allowing either RPM or RTM in the same calendar month.
This is a breaking story and more updates will be provided as we get closer to 2026.
